  • With all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Accompanied by your original order confirmation or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange for items that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and sustainability reasons, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Face masks, socks, or undergarments (unless defective).

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during a clearance promotion.

3. Return Process

  • Sustainable Choice: To minimize our shared carbon footprint, we encourage exchanging an item or opting for store credit instead of a refund. Please let us know your preference.

  • Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

  • Store credits are issued immediately upon approval.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt. We will cover all return shipping costs and will gladly offer you a full refund, replacement, or exchange.
